Flour Works in Kalyani Nagar must be known to most of Pune’s population , one of the finest casual restaurant has opened a Bakery In Wanworie. A very needed place in this part of town.
It’s a very well designed and a trendy and warm place to hang around with friends or a date.
The product range is quite vast and its a delight to experience it, the finest ingredients make it a very niche product at affordable prices.
We had a chance to gorge ourselves silly at a review hosted by them and It was a sheer pleasure to do it.
We were served Snow Lemonade, Apple Cider which was fantastic.
Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Orange Mocha Latte and Ginger Jolt was the best.
Salads and Sandwiches like Watermelon and Feta Salad, Grilled Chicken with jalapeno was simply divine.
The Chicken Caesar Salad and Grilled Chicken with Roast Onion was quite a mouthful.
Peta with Eggplant and Bell Pepper.
As usual saving the best for the last was the Christmas Plum Cake, honestly I have never had a better one.
Banoffee Pie and Chocolate Tart
The Salted Caramel just oozed of goodness and Lemon tart were the winners of the night.
Almond Biscotti, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Walnut Shortbread, Hazelnut Praline did not leave any more place in our stomach and we left the place with 2 kg more weight.
Overall if you want to experience sin in eating and don’t mind gaining some weight, you need to go to the Bakery, Rest assured you won’t be disappointed.

Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa had an event recently where the students had prepared a lavish lunch for parents, future students and select media people. It was a fun event where we got a chance to interact with them, have a feel about the campus and the culture, it was a day event where live cooking and lots of activities were planned around it, we were excited to be shown around the campus too.

Margarita Deck located in Kalyani Nagar above The Ship in Fortaleza Building is a Nice , Cozy open restaurant with good music, attentive service and is famous for its mexican cuisine, so for the final installment of the Gourmetit Up Followthefoodie event we were invited to try their 3 course Mexican Fiesta.
For Starters we had Fiery Chicken Wings, Chicken drumettes fried and smothered with a spicy Mexican barbecue sauce and B Falutas, Rolled up tortilla deep-fried served with chipotle salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream and lettuce, both the dishes were very well prepared .
Mains we opted for Lamb Barbacoa, real Juicy tender meat that falls off the bone, infused with a rustic, smoky flavor and a jungle like fragrance and Spicy Chicken Quesedilla, made with flour or a corn tortilla filled with a savory mixture containing cheese and other ingredients, half moon shaped. Delicious.
Desserts were simply awesome with Churros, Mexican donuts tossed in cinnamon sugar served with chocolate sauce and Chocolate Nachos,Tortilla chips sprinkled with cinnamon sugar served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Would i go back? definitely, a must go.

This is my fourth review/post for The Brooklyn Shuffle on my blog, I have been there many more times besides that and I must say that till today I have never been disappointed.
The service is very important for me, sometimes more than the food, in this aspect it excels every time, the ambiance and the food compliment it further.
So when my friend and the Pr for the place Saurabh invited me for their new menu addition where they have come up with some fantastic main dishes , it was a pleasure to attend.
We started with Greek Salad and Potato Wedges to warm up.
Then we ordered the Little Fellas , The Classic Beef and Fried Chicken which was excellent.
Now for the Mains which they are planning to add in the menu in the coming week or so.
The Veg Au Gratin .
My personal favorite the Beef Steak with Pearl Onion Jus which was heavenly
And last but not the least The Roast Chicken with Mushroom Sauce……..

Food-Adda was invited by Fbai to 121 Kitchen: BarBQ for its Kebab and Biryani Festival.
Now 121 is a good one hour drive from where we stay but the festival sounded interesting so we decided to try it out.Happy to say we were not disappointed, overall the spread was outstanding and the service, ambiance were top-notch too.
Would we go back ? Yes.
