The Flying Saucer

The Flying Saucer had opened sometime in December last year and in its short span in Pune’s restaurant scene has become very popular and the must see place.

Why ? you may ask.

Location, pricing , Ambiance and the Food.

Since we stay on the other side of Pune and TFS is quite a distance but that  has not been a deter for us , we have been here 4 times already.

So when we were invited for the official food tasting , we were excited.

The evening began with a  strawberry Smoothie and an Orange basil  Mocktail.

Followed by dips platter (hummus ,mohamra, babaganoush, garlic dip, tabuleh , cacik, murtabak served with pita bread and house bread) Must Must Try………

The satay skewers ( marinated grilled chicken skewers served with fresh raw peanut and coriander salsa ) was excellent.

Tandoori platter in non vegetarian was an assortment of prawns , Pomfret tandoori …. Not to be missed.

Verdict Must Go definitely.
