Le Meridien Pune in association with Food Adda organized a special Italian food Cook Off. Discovery of Taste with Master Chef Roberto Boggio.
A cooking session with Master Chef Roberto Boggio, The famous chef of Le Meridien followed by lunch.
The event was at Favola – the fine dining Italian restaurant. Favola has been voted as The best Italian restaurant in Pune for 3 years by The Times food and Nightlife Award.
The dishes to be taught were Risotto, Ossobuco (Lamb Shank with Gremolada ) and a dessert Budino al cioccolato (Sinful chocolate Lava cake ) and these same delights were for lunch too.
Overall it was a sold out event with Media and Major newspapers in attendance.
