We were invited for an exclusive preview at Le Méridien Pune , they are
celebrating the first month of 2014 with a week-long authentic Lebanese Food Festival at La Brasserie.

An exotic buffet spread included wide array of choices in soups, salads, starters, entrées and desserts. Prominent Lebanese savory starters and salads like Shish Barak, Rakack jibne and the ever popular Al fattoush was part of the buffet.
A live station was on the floor with the Chef himself slicing the meat for the famous Lebanese Shawarma.
Entrées like Shish kebab mishwi, Shwarma dajaj took you to a never experienced flavour of spices.
To end the dinner on a sweet note, the menu also included dessert offerings straight from the streets of Lebanon like Omali and Basaboosa.
